Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used skincare products, sheet masks, or creams unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
